Sommelier Nordiq’s note
One would bet this white wine is made from grapes, however the natural resource of this elegant wine is indeed our national maple. There are a lot of fancy aromas in this wine, quite present but also delicate. This wine will enhance any seafood-based appetizers. A first in Quebec : this maple wine was aged on Frontenac blanc’s skin, a brilliant idea that we will get to see again in a near future.
