Sommelier Nordiq’s note
This wine makes his place in the high-end section of Quebec’s red wine. Made in limited edition, this is a unique chance to taste a bold red full of deepened aromas. This strength of character is due to the integral vinification process, which means that the whole process was done in oak barrels, from grapes to the bottle. The result is a full-bodied but elegant wine dominated by blackfruits and spices.
