Delicate bouquet reminiscent of maple sap and syrup. -
Ample texture with fine persistent bubbles ends in a refreshing finish, balanced and harmonious. -
Chilled between 8 and 10 °C. -
Goes well with appetizers, brunch, sweet or salty stuffed pancakes, maple-themed desserts, firm cheeses or backed walnuts and maple-flavoured Brie. -
Alcohol: 12.5 % by vol.
