Project Description

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz simple syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 2½ oz of sweet maple wine
  • 1 oz of egg whites
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

 

Method:

Add the simple syrup, lemon juice, sweet maple wine and egg whites in a mixing glass. Stir vigorously and strain the mixture through a cocktail strainer into an old fashioned glass filled with ice. Finish with Angostura bitters.

Decoration: bitter and collaterals
