Ingredients :
1 oz gin
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3 oz sparkling maple wine
1 dash Angostura bitters
Methode :
Add all the ingredients but the sparkling maple wine and shake vigorously. Filter in a previously cooled champagne flute.
Complete with the sparkling maple wine.
Decoration : 1 lemon zest
