Ingredients:
- ½ oz simple syrup
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz of El Dorado 5-year rum
- 2 oz sparkling cider
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Method:
In a highball glass, crush the mint and lime.
Add simple syrup, rum, bitters and sparkling cider.
Decoration: mint
