Project Description


  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1 oz of El Dorado 5-year rum
  • 2 oz sparkling cider
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters



In a highball glass, crush the mint and lime.

Add simple syrup, rum, bitters and sparkling cider.

Decoration: mint
