Project Description

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz maple wine
  • 1 c. tablespoons vanilla ice cream
  • 3 oz spruce beer
  • 1 dash of bitters

 

Method:

In a highball glass with ice cubes, add the ice cream, maple wine and spruce beer. Complete with bitters.

Decoration: a spoon.
