Ingredients:
- 4 oz maple wine
- 1 c. tablespoons vanilla ice cream
- 3 oz spruce beer
- 1 dash of bitters
Method:
In a highball glass with ice cubes, add the ice cream, maple wine and spruce beer. Complete with bitters.
Decoration: a spoon.
