Project Description

Ingredients :

  • 1 maple sugar cube saturated with crème de cassis
  • 5 oz sparkling maple wine
  • 1 trait de bitter Angostura
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters

 

Method :

Put the sugar cube in the champagne flute.

Fill progressively with sparkling maple wine.

Decoration : 1 blackberry or blackcurrant
