Ingredients:
- 1 oz Fire Cider
- 1½ oz El Dorado dark rum
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 4 lime wedges
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 2 dashes of bitters
Method:
In a shaker, crush the lime wedges and sugar. Add all other ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain with a cocktail strainer into a highball glass.
Decoration: nutmeg and pineapple.
